From a secret corner of the world comes a magical, otherworldly whisky: Kaiyo The Unicorn 10 Year Old: aged 5 years in Japanese Mizunara Oak Casks and then aged 5 Years in Old Bourbon Barrels. Our master blender has crafted a whisky of immeasurable complexity, thanks to a pioneering technique he calls ‘Wet Char’ (See reverse side). This remarkable process amplifies the wood’s influence far beyond what traditional methods could achieve. The result is a beautifully balanced whisky, with a superbly smooth mouthfeel. This Unicorn whisky reveals a unique combination of flavors that constantly change and evolve. Its high-tannin backbone trails a long line of toasted nutmeg mixed with the deep honey aroma of charred oak.
