Famille Fournier Longchamps Description
Chamboureau is an organic Savennières cuvée produced on a very old plot, surrounding the Château of the same name, to the east of the town of Savennières. This regularly rewarded wine is characterized by its soft attack, its roundness and its aromatic persistence with notes of yellow fruits tending towards exotic fruits in older vintages.

With almost pungent minerality and gigantic concentration, this awesome Savennieres shows how great dry whites from the chenin blanc grape can be. On paper this must have plenty of acidity, but it’s so beautifully integrated that you don’t think about it. With some aeration this develops a wonderful nose of honeysuckle. Extremely long wet-stone finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
