A red wine made with a short maceration on the skins of the local Castelão grape. Hand-harvested then fully destemmed before pressing and fermenting with indigenous yeasts in steel vats. Unoaked. Light ruby color, fresh notes in the nose, mainly red fruits (sherry and pomegranate). Fine, intense and fresh in the palate, light bodied, with a very pleasant finish
