Domaine de Montcy Description
An ode to the Loire and the liveliness of its constantly renewed waters. Pale yellow in the glass. Aromas of acacia flowers, classic Sauvignon Blanc and white fruits, with lilac notes developing. The palate is round and full of freshness. Complexity and elegance on the long finish capped with notes of pastry crust.
A friendly companion as an aperitif, pair with with raw vegetables, grilled fish or goat cheeses.
