The 2019 was not bottled, so I tasted the 2020 Lourido, a very expressive Albariño from degraded granite soils that break like a pomegranate and bring very fine wines that are long and sharp and improve after two or three years in bottle when it connects the mid-palate with the acidity. Of course, it can be drunk young, but it's linear and austere, with acidity but not the acidity that you get with very high yields and unripe grapes (there are many of those in the region). It's nice that the wine shows the soil on the palate, an arrow to the back of the palate here.
