Intense nose. A lot of dark fruit on the nose such as black current with a hint of tobacco and spice. On the palate, the texture is very smooth, the tannins are soft and generous. Ripe red fruit flavors start expressing themselves towards the end with a touch of toasty notes

The Pinot and Gamay grapes do exceptionally well in the eastern part of the Loire region. Although they are usually produced in Burgundy and Beaujolais, the climate of the Loire is particularly well suited for this blend.
