The 2021 La Estrecha has a perfumed nose with floral notes (it could make you think of Garnacha), hints of aromatic herbs and polished and elegant tannins. This fermented in an oak foudre and matured in used 600-liter French oak barrels for 10 months. It's serious, with depth and complexity, a wine that is special in the portfolio, from a special vineyard.
