The 2023 Woodcutter's Semillon is grassy and fine on the nose—herbaceous and pretty but textural and grippy in its way—with green apple, lychee, hay, straw, cut grass, lemongrass, lime brûlée and chalk. This is really good; it's kind of enveloping on the mid-palate. Good! Fine. 13.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.

Rated 92/100 The Wine Advocate

The 2023 vintage of Conta-Me Vinho Verde White comes from Barcelos - a region within the renowned Vinho Verde DOC. This 100% Loureiro has the aromatics to swoon over with a dry finish, a bit of spritz, and a lot of acidity to keep us satiated. This great Vinho Verde shows why white wines from this region are so famous. This liter-sized Conta-Me is designed for sharing, but with crisp citrus you might want to keep it to yourself. Sustainable viticulture. The grapes are destemmed and very lightly pressed to keep their freshness. Aged in stainless steal vats, no oak. Very fresh and lively.

Sylvaner is one of the lesser known grapes of Alsace, but a terrific grape. E. Traber's is surprisingly full bodied and fresh. It is bright with white flowers on the nose and flavors or pears, peaches and apricots. Finishes with a long mineral finish and crisp acidity making it a great food wine. Try it with grilled asparagus and a poached egg.

100% Gruner Veltliner
Very fruity and light Gruner Veltliner with fresh aromas of citrus and green apples. Crisp on the palate with lively acidity structure. Cold appetizers, soup, shellfish, poultry, vegetables, salad. Also pairs with with spicy Asian and Thai food.

Its aromatic profile shows citrus and grapefruit, which pairs beautifully well with Mediterranean cuisine. The signature of the Piquepoul however is a slight saline minerality on the palate which makes it the perfect seafood match. It is a versatile food wine for everyday. Great on its own enjoying outside on the patio. Enclosed with a screw cap too. Enjoy this great white!
Early morning picking and cold temperature fermentation to preserve freshness. Piquepoul is a grape that needs heat and sunshine to ripen nicely. However it requires cool temperature fermentation to express its crisp and powerful aromatic profile. It’s important to know that Piquepoul grows in a warm and dry climate, close to the Mediterranean sea.   They are considered the largest Thau Basin port, known for its white wines which pair perfectly with oysters is ideal for sipping outside on a terrace.
