TERMS & CONDITIONS

Forty 4 Forty will run for 4 weeks. It will begin on September 8 and end on October 8.  Each Tuesday, 8-10 names will be drawn from our entrants list for the prizes outlined in the What You Can Win section.

What You Can Win

1. A private tour and tasting with Cory and Karen King at Side Project Brewery for 15 winners (no guests). Sponsored and awarded by Cory and Karen King and Side Project
2. A barrel sampling and tasting at Still 630 Distillery for 8 winners and 1 guest each. Sponsored and awarded by Still 630.
3. Tickets to Baetje Farms Farm to Table dinner and an overnight stay on Friday, November 18th, 2022 for 1 winner and 1 guest each, sponsored and awarded by Baetje Farms.
4. A tour and tasting at Hermannhof Winery and Inn in Hermann, MO on Saturday, November 12th for 10 winners and 1 guest each, sponsored and awarded by Hermannhof Winery and Inn and Dierbergs Star Lane Vineyards.
5. An elevated tour of Lux Row Distillery (makers of Rebel, Blood Oath and Ezra Brooks) and 1 night hotel stay in Kentucky for 1 winner and 3 guests, sponsored and awarded by LuxCo Distillery
6. An elevated tour of Limestone Branch Distillery (makers of Yellowstone Bourbons) and 1 night hotel stay in Kentucky for 1 winner and 3 guests, sponsored and awarded by LuxCo Distillery.

How to Enter - No Purchase Necessary - Multiple Ways to Enter

1. Start following us on Instagram @wineandcheeseplace or Facebook @thewineandcheeseplace (If you are already a follower, you can move straight to step two).
2. Tag three friends in the comments of the Instagram or Facebook posts related to any Forty for Forty post designated with a #TWCP40 tag.
3. Your friends can also enter by repeating the above two steps. Local proxies are not allowed. Winners must be local to the St. Louis metropolitan area.
4. Fill out this online form.
5. Take this quick and fun quiz.
6. Drop your contact info into the fishbowl at any store location's checkout. Contact info must include name, phone number and email address.

This contest will end on October 8, 2022. A randomized drawing will take place on four consecutive Tuesdays (September 13, September 20, September 27, October 4 and October 11). For prizes donated by other businesses, winners will be chosen by those entities. Winners will be notified by The Wine & Cheese Place of their prize within 2 business days. No purchase necessary.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Must be 21 years old to enter. Winner must show a valid ID at event or to pick up prizes in-store. Guests for events related to this contest must be 21 years or older.
2. Events will be scheduled with the venue host and details will be shared with the winners.
3. Each winner must confirm their attendance and the name of their guest for events related to this contest with The Wine & Cheese Place in advance. 
4. No-shows and/or those unable to attend the event will not receive alternate prizes or compensation. 
5. No prize may be transferred to any person (1) under the age of 21 or (2) who lives outside of the greater St. Louis area. Kentucky trips to Limestone Branch and Lux Row distilleries are non-transferable. 
6. Limit one qualifying entry per Instagram account.
7. By entering, the winning entrant agrees to allow us (i) to take and use a photo of them (like Publisher’s Clearing House does!) and (ii) tag them on our social media posts.
8. Like the lottery, the odds of winning are very low, as we expect many entrants. But you can’t win if you don’t play! Please don’t blast us if you don’t win. 😁
9. Entries from Wine & Cheese Place employees and their relatives will not be eligible.
