Kansas City Whiskey is a truly unique style of blended American Whiskeys. Based on the pre-prohibition practice of “rectification,” we blend our Kansas City Whiskey with equal parts Bourbon and Rye whiskeys and just a touch of 15 year-old Oloroso Sherry. With a heavier Rye content it’s a very whiskey forward flavor that finishes with a hint of sweetness from the Sherry.
