Starlight Distillery Description
Made from a mash of 58% corn, 27% rye, and 15% malted barley. On the nose, woodsy flavors and cooked corn with vanilla, caramel, and spice. The taste is straight forward and pleasant with nice layers of flavors. The finish is nice with oak and spice giving way to soft vanilla and toffee’s. A wonderful addition to the bourbon selection.
