Finishing Barrel – Huber Estate Honey Barrel that was used to age Honey from the Huber Farm. The Finishing Barrel was filled Oct. 26, 2023. The Barrel was a Canton Cooperage, 2 year air dried wood, med Toast and then Char 2 with Charred Barrel Heads.
