Our latest batch of Amburana Odyssey is bottled. We can’t wait for you to taste this one. This batch is a blend of 6 barrels, 59.15% alc, and packed full of flavor. Amburana Oak adds notes of cinnamon, cocoa, and cola. Bourbon and rye barrels contribute vanilla and molasses flavors.
Origin: Crafted at Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, known for high-quality rums.
Aging:Blend of two 9-year and two 11-year rums. Initial six months in Brazilian Amburana oak casks.
Additional aging in low-char, heavy-toast bourbon and rye whiskey barrels.
ABV/Proof: Bottled at 60.3% ABV (120.6 proof).
