The barrel: 24 month Air Dried, fine grain, new American Oak
Deep caramelized brown sugar and toffee with roasted malt with a touch of cocoa on the nose. This 133 proof powerhouse has bold malted rye spice upfront, with black pepper and clove running through it. With a drop of water it shows some rich dark chocolate and espresso bitterness. The finish is long and warm with a touch of pepper and more spice. Subtle smoky malted grain character some leather on the finish.
