Génépi Meunier Altitude offers amateurs of herbal liqueurs a low-sugar spirit with an intense flavour profile. This recipe of Génépi provides a frank and open burst of complexity, with herbaceous and floral aromas, in a perfect balance typical of the craft distillates of the Maison Meunier.

Visual
Intense gold colour tinged with silvery reflections and nuances of green wormwood.
Nose
Intense and dominated by notes of fresh plants such as verbena, lemongrass and peppermint. Drier aromas such as chamomile, thyme and oregano also emerge.
Palate
Ample and harmonious, expressing aromas of scots pine and citron. Floral notes of elderflower and dried rose stand out. The génépi plant is definitely present, yet balanced, allowing the full complexity of this distillate to reach a fresh and light finish.
The alcohol proof of the Génépi Meunier Altitude owes nothing to chance. At 42% vol., it allows to obtain a perfect blend of the different ingredients: the water, the herbal distillates and the syrup are perfectly melted and integrated, giving this génépi liqueur the right balance.
