Aging Process: What sets Linie Aquavit apart is its unique aging journey. The aquavit is aged in oak sherry casks and undergoes a literal voyage around the world. This means it crosses the equator (the "linie") twice during its maturation process. The constant motion, changing temperatures, and exposure to sea air are believed to enhance the spirit's complexity.

History
