Mahogany in color. It has a moderate aroma, offering an attractive combination of citrus fruit peel and black fruit with some very subtle herbaceous notes, especially wormwood, lavender and rosemary.
We are La Madre Vermouth and we make our vermouths with a unique selection of botanicals. After a long period of maceration with aromatic herbs in ceramic amphoras, we obtain the "MOTHER essence" of our vermouth, and we let it age for a few months in barrels to enhance the aromas. Then we assemble our essence with a carefully selected wine, thus obtaining the peculiar LA MADRE Vermouth.
