Spike's Breezeway Cocktail Hour premiered on YouTube in April 2020. Born of the pandemic, SBCH was an attempt to bring a few minutes of joy and diversion to viewers through the exploration of rum and tiki culture. Spike has featured guest as wild and divers as burlesqe performers, musicians, tiki carvers, contortionists, low brow artists, and Ed Hamilton. Through their shared passion of rum cocktails, Ed and Spike became buddies. After exploring hundreds of vintage and modern tiki cocktails on the show, the two colluded to bottle a full flavored blend of aged West Indian Rums.
