Alcoholic content: 37,5% ABV.Production: first resting for five years in the Caribbean, inside American oak casks. Later shipped to the facilities of the Williams & Humbert winery in Jerez (Andalucia - Spain) where it undergoes the final stage of ageing, which lasts for three years, in casks which have previously been used to age the international award-winning sherry "Dos Cortados" with a guaranteed age of 20 years as: certified by the Denomination of Origin Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.
Offers a strikingly rich and approachable nose. The bouquet of caramel cedar, sassafras cream, tangerine, and orange pekoe tea is exquisite. The liquid reflects the creamy nature of this tamed beast with a warmth and presence of utmost elegance.
