J'Adore - a Perennial on Lockwood Collaboration Saison J' Adore, a wine barrel fermented Missouri saison, as blended with our great friend Chris Kinast of Perennial Lockwood. We opened up our barrel room, pulled nails, and came up with a blend of Missouri Saisons which had rested in Oregon Pinot Noir Puncheons for more than a year before being blended, bottled and shared with you. ABV: 7%
