The cuvee, "Gisous", comes from a parcel of 80 years old vines, facing North/East. The soil is composed of clay, silt and sand and the subsoil is all granitic. In this hot year of 2015, the yields were on average 25hl/ha with an acidity of 3.70g/l. The grapes went through semi-carbonic maceration and natural fermentation, the wine was then aged for 8 months in wooden casks, no filtration, no fining and bottled with a bit of SO2.
