This 3 years old Lambic is 1 barrel selected for its character and complexity, not filtered and not pasteurized. Brewing Lambic is a 500 years old tradition of spontaneous fermentation, chilled in open traditional coolship. Brewed only in the coolest day so the brettanomyces takes control and creates exceptional flavors. No Gueuze on draft - impossible.
