A collaboration with our friends at Switchgrass Spirits - Volume 1 of the new series of "River des Peres Row Crew" is an absolutely phenomenal barrel aged stout. Using a new, richer base stout we aged this beer in Switchgrass bourbon barrels for 20 months. The result is a lovely libation that has bourbon heat on the nose, rich chocolate, vanilla & cherry flavors and a semi-sweet/dry finish
9.7% abv.
